 Soy wax is made from environmentally friendly, renewable resources. Not only are there “green” advantages to choosing soy wax over a different type of candle wax, but soy wax also burns slower than any other wax, meaning you get a candle that lasts longer.  

While all candles emit some black soot while burning, candles made from soy wax burns cleaner and results in less soot.  Another reason to choose soy wax when it comes to candles is the fact that soy wax is an excellent fragrance carrier that does not require chemical amplifiers.  The result is a well-balanced true to scent candle.   

All candles have a memory, you need to ensure you burn your candle for long enough to allow it to pool to all edges. (Can take up to 2 hours).

Black smoke or soot happens when there is a build up of the wick, ensure wicks are cut to 5mm before each burn (Please cut wicks when the candle wax has set).

The fragrance oil solution will oxidise after it has been opened. The perfume in the diffuser interacts with oxygen which can affect its colour. If you have ordered a candle with vanilla fragrance oil in it & has been siting in direct sunlight, the fragrance in the candle may turn yellow, ensure there is nothing wrong with the candle and the product will still burn perfectly.
