We are passionate about the quality of our products, if you believe your item is faulty, please send us email as soon as possible.  We are more then happy to help solve this problem, however we can not refund due to change of mind or wrongful use. 

If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email with attached images/information about damaged product, we will then happily replace your item, offer a full refund or a store credit.
