Shipping Policy

Most of our products here at SGO Candles & Co are made to order.

Current processing times are 3 - 5 business days, plus postage time (express or standard). Once an order has been packed & dropped off to Australia Post, you will receive an email with your tacking number attached, be sure to check your junk emails.

If you qualify for local delivery & and have chosen this option, orders will be delivered to you front door/ letter box. You will receive an email once item has been dropped off, be sure to check your junk emails.   

WE OFFER FREE LOCAL PICKUP from Warragul, Vic 3820 . When choosing this option, you will receive an email confirming our address and a pick up time/date. 

We try our hardest to get all orders out within this time frame, however as this isn't our full time job, process times may be delayed. Please make sure to email us if an order is urgent. 

All packaging at SGO Candles & Co is recyclable & we encourage customers to do so if they have no further use.

SGO Candles & Co are not responsible for delayed shipping, PLEASE allow extra time around public holidays and holiday season.
